Diversity Development
As a unit of Intercultural Student Services, the Diversity Development Office is responsible for the four Cultural Centers at Oregon State University. This includes the Asian & Pacific Cultural Center, the Lonnie B. Harris Black Cultural Center, Centro Cultural Cesar Chavez, and the Native American Longhouse. The Centers are committed to the retention of underrepresented students by providing facilities, events, activities, support services, and leadership development opportunities for students.
The Diversity Development Office includes the Cultural Centers Staff Coordinators, the Cultural Centers Graduate Teaching Assistants, and the student staff of the Cultural Centers.

Adelante Leadership Program
The Center for Latino/a Studies and Engagement (CL@SE) and CASA Latina/o de OSU invites you to the launch of the ADELANTE Leadership Program 2012. This program is designed for students who wish to increase their leadership skills and involvement in OSU programs. Today’s employers are looking for people with strong leadership skills and experience in team-work, social engagement, multicultural awareness, and excellent communication skills. ADELANTE is designed to help you develop those skills and become an active part of your community.
